Xavier and Ludovic, the two Frenchmen behind Bistro Papillon, have been dreaming about their own little restaurant since they first met in Bath, England more than 10 years ago. After Ludovic moved to Australia in 2004, and Xavier stayed in England, unfortunately their plans were put on hold.
